Why I Choose To Buy Cosmetics Online
Every woman knows the value of her makeup. Well, at least most women do. My sister on the other hand, does not wear makeup, so I guess I cannot say “every” woman. Anyway, I do and I absolutely love my makeup.
Whether it be colorful eye shadow, rosy blush or lip smacking lip gloss, my cosmetics are very important to me. I have to say that I am a totally different looking person without them. Don’t get me wrong, I do not think I look bad without makeup, but, I do rely on my eyeliner, blush and lipstick to keep me going through the day.
Now, when it comes to shopping for my essentials, I usually prefer to buy cosmetics online rather than going to the store. I know that I need to wait a week or so to receive my products, unless of course I decide to pay the extra shipping costs, but I really like the flexibility I get when shopping online. There are so many more options online than store bought cosmetics. If I am not very fond of a particular brand of makeup, low and behold all I have to do is go to a different website page.
When I buy cosmetics online, I can not only shop around for different brands of makeup, but I can also shop around for different prices as well. In fact, I can go to eBay, and buy top quality cosmetics starting as low as a dollar. What store gives you such flexibility on prices?
Also, there are more varieties of shades, colors and textures when shopping online, at least in my opinion. If I am unsure of a particular type of cosmetic, all I have to do is do a quick search on that product to give me multiple reviews on it. This will allow me to decide if I want to spend the money on the product or not. You just do not get that at a store.
Don’t get me wrong. I do shop occasionally for my makeup at a store. If I am out doing my grocery shopping and I happen to see a shade of lipstick or blush that I do not have, I will pick it up. Or perhaps I might see a new brand of makeup that I haven’t used before and might want to give it a try. Other than that though, I am strictly an online junky when it comes to my cosmetics.
